The Farm Way & Sundance Growth and Learning Stable
Collaborate to Introduce Horse-Assisted Therapy
Bringing to our community the EAGALA Model Horse-Assisted Services for Veterans, Children, Families...Everyone!
Horse Assisted Therapy can address the following: Anxiety, Depression, ADD/ADHD, Trauma, PTSD, Marital issues, Communication breakdowns, Family dysfunction, defiance, behavioral management, self-confidence, RAD, DID, sexual trauma and much more… Using the horse as a metaphor for our own life, helps us understand what actions may be more effective in our relationships. From the moment we attempt to join with the horse, we get immediate, honest and observable feedback. Horses do not over think a person's motives. They simply mirror the behavior given and this often spurs the answers needed to influence personal self-discovery.

Megan Sundeen, EAGALA Certified Teacher and founder of Sundance Stable and Glen Redmond, MC along with The Farm Way's rescue horses come together to bring to our community this innovative approach to solving problems; creatively, effectively, and quickly.
Enhanced verbal and non-verbal communication, assertiveness, creative thinking, problem solving and compassionate leadership are among the many benefits of Horse-Assisted Therapy. All Clinics are funded by donations.

“Tell me and I'll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I'll understand.” . . . Chinese Proverb
A reflection on working with the horses from The Farm Way Founders:
On a daily basis, our rescue horses remind us of the importance of releasing fear and self-doubt, to stay measured and take little steps until we can step bigger and to trust in ourselves and those around us.
The personal growth our horses have inspired in us has been so profound we knew we needed to share with others.
Save a Soul. Heal a Heart.
